In the latest edition of Blue Note Dispatch I have the pleasure of presenting you with a mix of genres and eras.
We'll start from the end, with two tracks you won't find on streaming services. Pierre of Tour-Maubourg has put together a wonderful summer edit of the classic "Get Down Saturday Night", and the maestro of ethereal sounds, DJ Healer, takes us on a nostalgic journey with "great escape".
For those who enjoy things a little faster, I especially recommend "Coronal Loop" (a fun fact: a coronal loop is one of those bright, arching structures visible in the Sun's corona, formed by hot plasma travelling along the Sun's magnetic field lines) and the newest EP from Moseley Jr, Orange Pedestrian.
